On a large plot, the villa backs on to a conservation area. Originally used as a show house for the development, there are many upgrades. The pool which can be electrically heated in Winter is 30 ft x 15ft and 3ft to 6ft deep. The master bedroom has a King Sized 7ft. bed, and ample storage space, also a TV. there is an en suite shower room with access direct to the pool. Bedroom 2 has a Queen sized bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds. There is a double garage which also houses a large washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. The kitchen/diner is well stocked with cutlery and crockery plus a fridge/freezer, disherwasher, cooker, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The family room has two 3 seater sofas, a 32" TV, video and CD player video and DVD players - direct access to the pool deck through sliding doors. The second bathroom is between bedrooms 2 and 3. There is full air conditioning and ceiling fans for added comfort. On the pool deck is a lanai (covered area) to sit under for shelter from the sun or occasional rain.
