The open plan living areas are furnished to the highest standard, air-conditioned and comfortably accommodating, to ensure you enjoy your vacation to the full. With subtle lighting, facilities include cable TV, DVD, and CD hi-fi. For the children, there is a Playstation and for the parents, a selection of DVD movies.
Whether you prefer formal dining at the table or a quick snack at the breakfast area, there is adequate seating for all guests. Should you wish to eat in, there is a fully-fitted kitchen, with all modern conveniences - including: large fridge freezer, dishwasher, large oven and microwave. All cutlery and crockery is provided. Aside from the kitchen, laundry facilities include a washing-machine and dryer.
The property hosts a master bedroom, two twin bedrooms. In the master bedroom, there is a huge king-size bed, accommodating furnishings and lighting, separate TV and telephone with it's own en-suite shower room and patio doors providing access to the pool area.
The twin bedrooms have TV's and there is a common bathroom and shower room. This is conveniently located alongside.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned with adequate cupboard and wardrobe space.

Fully screened with a fantastic private pool, providing all the peace and quiet you need to chill-out and relax. However, in the hot Florida sun, should you wish to cool down and go for a swim, the pool ranges in depth up to 6 feet, has a separate bathing shelf/seat and steps.
There is ample pool furniture alongside, with separate table and chairs under the cooling lanai with ceiling fan.
