This large luxury detached villa sits on 1600 sq.m. of landscaped gardens. The spacious living accommodation in the main house comprises of a large seating area with stunning views out over Playa Blanca to Fuerteventura (seating up to 9) and patio doors leading on to the al fresco dining area. There is a wall mounted 42" TV, sky with full sport and movie channels package and DVD with cinema surround sound. The elevated dining area has seating for up to 8, alongside the large patio windows looking out over the terrace and pool area and over the sea to Fuerteventura. There is also a games room with a selection of games, books, films, football table and playstation 2. There are 4 bedrooms 3 with air conditioning and patio doors leading onto outside terraces.The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor level. There are 3 bathrooms in the villa, the master bedroom having an en suite with large walk in shower and jacuzzi bath. There is a private electrically heated salt water pool with curved steps for easy access and extensive sunbathing and dining terraces. The apartment is situated below the main house with independant access. It has an open plan living and dining area and 2 bedrooms, one double and one with bunk beds, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is not let seperately and can only be booked when the villa is fully occupied by 8 paying guests. Fresh towels are provide twice a week and bed linen is changed weekly. 24 hour emergency call out cover is provided. The pool is cleaned twice weekly and being a salt water chlorinated pool, there are no harmfull chemicals which are likely to cause irritation. The price is based on 4 persons. Each further person will be charged at £75.00 each up to a maximum of 12.
