The living accommodation has Opulence armchairs and sofa with matching tables/TV cabinet.

Bedrooms
All 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned and have cable TV plus DVD players. The 2 King size suites have large walk-in dressing wardrobes and en-suites have baths as well as a shower. The 3 twin-bedded rooms have ample cupboard space, all bedrooms have an en-suite.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances - glass top range style cooker, large fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, kettle, various other convenience appliances plus all the crockery and utensils you would need. This area is also set out for eating and has a 6-seated dining table. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer, (plus iron and ironing board) located in their own utility closet-room.
Garage
An integral garage is decked out as a games room.
Pool and Deck area
Outside there is a larger than average 30 x 15 private screened heated Swimming Pool and Spa. The deck area is roomy and can easily accommodate the several full-size sun loungers, stools and tables that are available for use. The pool area is also set up for outdoor dining under a covered lanai with comfortable pool chairs and a gas barbecue completes the al fresco theme. There is a safety fence fitted round the pool area, for peace of mind when holidaying with young children. With a south-westerly aspect the pool area enjoys many hours of full sunshine each day.
