Spacious, modern Apartment In Playa Blanca, this modern, spacious, attractively furnished apartment with partial views of Montaņa Roja, is within easy striking distance of the beaches, shops, restaurants and port. It has two bedrooms: one double, one twin; a very large terrace; a good-sized, open-plan living-room/kitchen-diner; and a super bathroom. The Playa Blanca apartment’s kitchen is equipped with: microwave oven fridge-freezer electric hob, fan oven stainless-steel sink and mixer tap extractor fan ample storage space and adequate crockery, cutlery and glass for 6 people. In the living area, there is a radio, a television (Spanish channels), DVD player, room heater (for cooler winter evenings), and a small collection of books and DVDs. There is also a washing machine and a large electric water tank/heater. Cots and high chairs can be supplied for a small charge. Each bedroom has adequate furniture and linen, rugs, and bedside lamps, plus ample built-in wardrobe space. On the terrace are a patio table and chairs with parasol, plus 4 adjustable loungers and a coffee table. From the extensive terrace, there is a lovely view of part of the surrounding gardens and a partial view of Montaņa Roja. The bathroom is fully tiled, with: 4-piece suite shower over the bath shaver socket illuminated mirror vanity unit laundry bin accessories.
