Location: Sunrise Lakes, Clermont, Central-Disney-Orlando Area, Florida, USA (30 to 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport) Accommodations: House, 3 Bedrooms + Loft, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 6-8) Our extremely spacious two story fully air-conditioned, 3 bedroom, 2½ bathroom luxury villa has been designed and furnished to the highest standards. Accommodating 8 people comfortably, the upper story consists of a loft/living room area with a sofa bed and media unit equipped with TV, DVD, CD radio player, telephone and a selection of CD’s, DVD’s, board games that makes this an ideal games area. There is a Master Suite with king size bed, TV, telephone and en-suite bathroom and a huge walking closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and TV, the third bedroom has two single beds and T Downstairs consists of a formal sitting room with a large sofa, that also converts to a sofa bed, and two arm chairs. There is a ½ bathroom located off the sitting room. The sitting room leads to an open plan family room with a three seater and two seater sofas, here you’ll find cable TV with a DVD and VCR. The dining area has a large table with six chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has a large walk in pantry and off the kitchen is a laundry room that leads to the two car garage. We have wi-fi broadband internet connection and free long distance and international calls for our guests use. There is a crib/cot available, please bring your own linen for this, and also a high chair for you use. A BBQ can be rented from our management company should you wish to cook and dine alfresco. The private pool is a nice size at 28ft x 14ft, is south facing and is covered by a pool screen that lets the sun through. The pool can be heated if required and has underwater lighting, high quality pool furniture including loungers, table and chairs. Sunrise Lakes is quite community of rental and residential homes. There is a community pool, cabana and children’s playground with slide and climbing frame, etc. Our villa is only a 30 to 40 minute drive from Orlando International Airport and 50 minutes from Sanford Airport. It is perfectly located for Disney (10 mins.), Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Wet and Wild (25 mins.), Kennedy Space Center, the East Coast beaches (1 hr) and the Gulf Coast beaches (approx. 1 hr 30 mins.).
