The large luxury en-suite bathroom has his and hers twin basins, a large bath and separate shower area. The master bedroom also has direct access to twin bedroom 4 through the en-suit, ideal for families with young children. While bedroom 2 boasts a queen size bed and bedroom 3 twin beds, both have ample built in closet space, and share the family bathroom on the first floor. All bedrooms have cable TV and DVD. The open loft area is a light and airy living space doubles as a games room with a large pool table for those quiet days between theme park visits. 32” TV and DVD, a desk with high speed internet access close by. On the ground floor, the tastefully decorated formal living room allows some peace and quiet after a hard day at the theme parks The family room is a large and comfortable seating area with 32”TV, DVD/ Video and a selection of DVD’S. In addition there is a stereo and a variety of family games and books. One queen sofa doubles as a sofa bed allowing the villa to sleep 10 if required. Direct access to the pool is off the dining kitchen area (nook); the nook includes a separate dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will require for your stay. There is a separate utility area, which houses a washing machine and dryer as well as extra storage space. The powder room gives extra facilities on the ground floor. The 28' x 14’ luxury pool has lighting and optional heating. A separate Jacuzzi and ample patio furniture will make your at ‘home days’ extra relaxing. The child safety screen and pool door alarm, will give peace of mind to those families with young children.
