Little T has 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms, can sleep up to 6 guests and is a perfect base for your visit to Orlando. It is adjacent to our 5 bed villa so is ideal for larger families holidaying together. We are located in a quiet setting just off US192 in Kissimmee which has hundreds of shops, restaurants & attractions and is close to theme parks. The living/dining area is open plan and has high vaulted ceilings giving an airy & light feel to the property. The TV Lounge has 2 large comfortable sofas, Cable TV and DVD player, coffee table, side tables and telephone. The 2nd lounge area has large comfortable sofa, coffee table, reading lamp and selection of books & games. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything yuo should need and leads to the dining area which has table & seating for 6. Both the TV Lounge and dining area have sliding doors(alarmed for safety) leading to the covered lanai which has additional table & seating for 6 for more relaxed dining. The lanai has a safety fence to protect young children from the pool & deck area which has sun loungers provided. The master bedroom has King size bed, Cable TV, dresser, nightstands, clock/radio/alarm, enormous walk in closet and en suite bathroom with twin vanity sinks, bath with shower over and separate WC. The 2nd bedroom has Queen bed, Cable TV, dresser, nightstands and walk in closet. The 3rd bedroom is themed for children and has twin beds, dresser, nightstands and walk in closet. These 2 bedrooms share the house bathroom which has vanity sink, bath with shower over and WC. There is a further cloak room with WC and hand basin. We also have a games room with Foosball table, Air Hockey table and basketball game. All rooms including games room have ceiling fans for extra comfort.
