Villa La Retreat is situated in the much favoured area of Los Mojones, within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and bars, shopping mall and not forgetting the sandy beaches of Puerto Del Carmen. The Old Town and harbour are also within easy walking distance and are famous for their selection of restaurants including fish tapas bars and shops Accommodation: The spacious lounge and dining area has Sat T.V., BBC1, BBC2, ITV channel 4, video player, CD player and French doors leading to the terrace and pool. The kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine built in microwave, fridge freezer and oven. There is also access from here to the pool and terrace. A few steps take you up to one twin bedroom, one double bedroom (can be made into twins), one Master bedroom (twin or double) with en-suite bathroom, one shower room and one guest toilet. From the lounge the French doors lead you to a large comfortable covered seating area. This area overlooks the heated 7 metre x 3 metre pool. The pool has Roman steps into it and the depth is minimum 1.40 metres, max 1.90 metres.
